Sonogram ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is a premium audio/video podcast hosting platform providing services including content creation, uploading, storage, recording, editing, enhancement, customization, publishing, distribution, audience engagement, reach expansion, and analytics.

User Categories

  • Listeners: Users who consume podcast content.
  • Podcasters: Users who produce, host, and distribute podcasts.
  • Hybrid Users: Podcasters who also use listener features.

2. Account Types and Subscription Structure

Account Classifications

  • Free Trial Account: 1-month duration, limited storage & bandwidth, full feature access within limits.
  • Premium Account: Unlimited features within tier, option to purchase additional resources, subscription monetization tools.
  • Listener Account: Free access to non-premium content, subscription required for premium access.

Migration Accounts

Users migrating from other platforms receive 3 months complimentary Premium before billing starts in the 4th month.

3. Non-Refundable Fees and Charges

Absolute Non-Refundable Items

  • Platform Fees: Monthly/annual subscriptions, pro-rated fees, trial conversions.
  • Additional Resources: Extra storage, bandwidth, add-on services.
  • Premium Content Subscriptions: Listener and podcaster premium subscriptions.

Non-Transferable Resources

Unused storage or bandwidth does not carry forward, transfer, or refund.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

Payment Default Consequences

  • Immediate Suspension (Day 1): Upload disabled, subscription tool deactivated, content still accessible.
  • Permanent Termination (Day 45): Account deleted, content removed, earnings forfeited, loss of data and analytics.

Notice Requirements

Reminders sent 7 days before due date, on due date, 7 days after, and 30 days after (final warning).

5. Earnings and Disbursements

  • Premium podcasters using subscription tool receive monthly disbursements (after fees) with complete bank/tax info.
  • Mid-month migrations: Fees/resources forfeited, only earned subscription revenues disbursed if account in good standing.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: No refunds for events beyond control (natural disasters, war, government actions, internet failures).
  • Violation of Terms: Users breaching Terms of Service forfeit all refund rights, including pending earnings.

7. Dispute Resolution

Refund Request Procedure
